Peggy Grinstead has written major inductive studies of Isaiah, Ezekiel and Revelation. She was formally trained as a Precepts upon Precepts study leader where she learned to incorporate the Precepts inductive study methods into her personal studies. Her first inductive study was the Isaiah study.
When asked why she would take on such a challenging book, she simply replies. “When I started the Isaiah inductive study, no one else had developed an inductive study into the book.”
Over 5 years in the making, the Isaiah inductive study served as a springboard for her continuing on with yet another challenging Bible book, Ezekiel, and then Revelation. She has taught multiple other studies including ones on The Covenant, Daniel, Elijah, and others.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, she grew up on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana, and graduated from Purdue University in 1977. She married Jeff Grinstead, also a Purdue graduate, in January of 1981. Peggy and Jeff have a daughter and a son, and the family moved to Colorado in June 1988. Their son and daughter are married to wonderful Christian spouses, and between the two, now have 5 children of their own. Jeff and Peggy currently live in Franktown, Colorado, about halfway between Denver and Colorado Springs.
She continues to teach Bible studies both in person and recently via Zoom sessions. Her hobbies include quilting, watercolor painting, cello playing, planning crafts for the 5 grand kids, and tending to two dogs.
